Cuba 1904 - EDIFIL 69 - H&G 38 - Unused revalued Postal Card
The first postal stationery item issued by the Republic of Cuba in 1904. Remainders of the 2 cent Postal Card issued during the U.S. Administration (UX16) were revalued by means of a perforated number "1" over the 2c value. Unused and in great condition.
