These are unused, original gum, never hinged, blocks of 4. The 2012 EDIFIL does not price these as blocks of 4 but prices the indivicual never hinged sets at € 4,25 per set or € 17,- (US $ 22.50) for the four sets as singles. Scott prices them at US $ 3.50 per set or US $ 14.00 for the four sets as singles.
